Since 2021, pBy conviction and concern for exemplarity, the Grand Site de France Solutré Pouilly Vergisson team trains, develops and manages numerous actions in favor of sustainable development. The main objective is to reduce the environmental impact of professional and daily practices.

Trained at preservation resources and reduction waste, the Grand Site team has notably renewed its professional practices and habits to serve the sustainable development, of the territory. It thus provides a response to major environmental issues, such as climate change, the reduction of biodiversity and resources or waste management.

To share and extend these practices more widely, the approach led to the creation of “ guide to good practices " who sensitized local stakeholders and visitors so that they, in turn, adopt good practices.
