Portrait of the Grand Site

Where are you from ? I come from Doubs, I am 50 years old, I have 3 children, I have a dog who eats kibble. I don't know if people really care. To get to know me, the best thing is to come and eat at the restaurant. Why this job? What is your background ? We arrived in the region 20 years ago now. We first settled in a hotel-restaurant in Romanèche. Then we looked for another business and we arrived in Vergisson. Why here? We were looking for something smaller than what we had in Romanèche, we no longer wanted to manage a hotel part, and the opportunity made us arrive there. Your favorite place on the Grand Site? What I definitely recommend to my clients is the Roche de Solutré and the Roche de Vergisson, you can see both from the restaurant, it's easy. We especially like the one in Vergisson, there are fewer people and a great view. Especially in the fall, with the harvest, and also in the spring when the vines shine. Your best memory on the Grand Site? My favorite time is in winter by the fire when I get up early.
