Restaurant Le Moulin du Gastronome
Created in 1989 by Sylvie and Philippe Goineau, for 30 years now the House has drawn its roots and inspiration from the heart of the Mâconnais. The restaurant was first installed at the “Croix Blanche” in Berzé-la-Ville before settling permanently in Charnay-lès-Mâcon, in a 19th century building on the edge of the road to Cluny.
Since 2016, Mathieu Fauquembergue and Yannick Cornu have joined the house, with the aim of perpetuating the welcome and cuisine for which the house is renowned.

What I like is the diversity, it’s never the same thing. There is a lot to do, especially when you start. That’s what’s dynamic, it’s interesting. There are lots of things to do, lots of points to improve, lots of things to refine. People are still professions that are really about people. Why here? Le Moulin du Gastronome was created by my in-laws, Sylvie and Philippe Boineau in 1989. They lived for 4 years at Croix Blanche, a place near Sologny. In 1993, they bought
