Where are you from ? I come from Macon. Why this job? What is your background ? I studied until high school in Mâcon. I went to business school in Chalon and then went to work in the United States for a wine importer. Then I came back and started working. I resumed training for 2 years in Davayé in viti-oenology. What I like today at the Domaine is the versatility, being almost everywhere. To be in the vineyard, in the cellar, with my clients, also to do a little marketing and commerce. Never have one day look like another. And above all, being able to sell your wine with your name on the label is still more exciting than selling someone else's product. Why here? Domaine Ferrand is the estate that my mother took over with my father in 1986. They developed it and sold all their wine to merchants. They didn't make bottles until 2000. When my dad died, my mom
